Refund policy

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

1. Bookings are non-refundable.
2. You may reschedule a booking to another available session up to 72 hours before the session starts. Requests made within 72 hours cannot be accommodated.
3. If the new session costs more, you pay the difference.
4. If we cancel a session, we will offer you a place on another session or, where that is not possible, a refund of the amount you paid for that session.
5. If you do not attend, no refund or credit is given.
6. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any expiry date is shown on the voucher
7. We may, at our discretion, make exceptions in individual cases. An exception in one case does not change this policy.
