Breasy is the UAE's leading experiential wellness community.
We activate the country's most iconic venues — from the Louvre Abu Dhabi to Aura Skypool, the Museum of the Future to the Burj Al Arab — with breathwork, movement, yoga, cold exposure and community events that leave a mark.
Every Breasy experience is designed around one belief:
that the right experience, in the right space, changes something in you.
Our sessions bring together floating breathwork, morning yoga, mat pilates, run club, ice baths and cold exposure — guided by certified practitioners, always at venues that match the ambition of what we're trying to create.
